Hooray Henry's, which is a British term referring to a poncy, upper-class twit, is a new club in the L.A. nightlife scene. European players of rugby football are commonly said to behave as twits at social events. Girlfriends of Hooray Henrys are referred to as Hooray Henriettas.

After her parents divorced, Kristin, lived most of her childhood with her mother in Barrington, Illinois. She attended Barrington Station Middle School, and graduated from Barrington High School. After difficulties adjusting to a new life with a stepfather and stepbrother, Cavallari moved to California to live with her father.

In 2011, Cavallari became engaged to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. In 2012, she gave birth to son Camden Jack, the first child for both. Cavallari and Cutler married in 2013.
