Kate Hudson, Kiefer Sutherland, Riz Ahmed in 'Reluctant Fundamentalist' directed by Mira Nair


Kate Hudson stunned at the premiere of her film Reluctant Fundamentalist at the Tribeca Film Festival while her co-star Kiefer Sutherland and Director Mira Nair talks about the challenge of getting the thriller made and how important it was to premiere the film at Tribeca.

The Reluctant Fundamentalist is a political thriller film directed by Mira Nair, based on the novel by the same name by Mohsin Hamid, about a Pakistani man working on Wall Street, starring Kate Hudson, Kiefer Sutherland, Liev Schreiber, Riz Ahmed, Om Puri and Shabana Azmi. Riz Ahmed plays a young Pakistani man, who graduates from Princeton, and chases corporate success on Wall Street. He finds himself embroiled in a conflict between his American Dream, a hostage crisis, and the enduring call of his family's homeland.



Rizwan "Riz" Ahmed, of Pakistani heritage, is also known as Riz MC. He is a British actor and rapper from Wembley, London, and is noted for his lead performances in The Road to Guantanamo, Shifty, Britz, Four Lions, and Ill Manors.
